Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM) Functional Consultant

About the role

sa.global is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Production. The consultant will join the Korean team and help clients implement and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle consulting activities: presales support, product demonstrations, business analysis, solution design, implementation, and end‑user training.
• Assess customer business processes and map them to standard Dynamics 365 F&O functionality.
• Document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of SCM components.
• Provide post‑implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional consultant for Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically within the SCM (WMS/Production) area.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
