DC Controller – 3PL (Korea Distribution Centre)

About the role

The Distribution Centre (DC) Controller leads the Korea DC, supporting both retail and online channels. You will work closely with warehouse, transport and sales teams to drive operational excellence, profitability and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data and implement actions to improve efficiency and profit.
• Lead new projects, assess ROI and promote a profit‑mindset across the team.
• Develop decision‑making frameworks and support cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key sales stakeholder, ensuring customer focus in all decisions.
• Design and maintain a robust controlling and reporting model, including month‑end invoicing and booking accuracy.
• Oversee compliance routines and ensure accurate customer‑related KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to set clear goals and execute plans to achieve them.
• Leadership experience with strong delegation, motivation and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent numerical aptitude and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and Korean with strong communication and presentation abilities.
