Order Handler (Fixed-term, Parental Leave Backup)

About the role

This fixed‑term position supports the order‑to‑cash process while covering parental‑leave backup. You will ensure seamless order fulfillment, logistics coordination and accurate invoicing for customers in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order‑to‑cash process in iScala from order acceptance to invoicing, including order fulfillment, equipment ordering, cost monitoring, warehousing and shipping.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, shipping documentation, customs clearance and local delivery to ensure contract fulfillment.
• Verify free‑trade‑agreement eligibility, prepare supporting documents and monitor backlog and work‑in‑progress to maintain delivery performance and cost accuracy.
• Provide proactive order status updates to customers, handle claims and support issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare operational and monthly closing reports covering delivery, cost, inventory and order‑to‑cash activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in order management, order execution or related operational roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (iScala preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of orders.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate order administration.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
