Customer Success Manager – Quality (Korea)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will ensure customers achieve success with Veeva’s Quality products and services. You will act as the primary liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration, triaging escalations, and highlighting value through proactive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support key customers post‑implementation with Veeva Quality applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to application owners, understanding their objectives and challenges.
• Liaise with Veeva strategy, sales, product and services teams to address customer needs.
• Lead meetings to demonstrate success and identify additional value‑adding opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and develop customer roadmaps.
• Organise Quality CSM events such as educational sessions, user‑group meetings and online communities.
• Communicate product releases and roadmaps, translating technical details into clear insights for diverse audiences.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Quality within the life‑science industry.
• Background in pharmaceutical or CRO environments.
• Customer‑facing consulting experience.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with key decision‑makers and application owners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• SaaS/Cloud expertise in Quality management.
