Client Executive – Insurance Brokerage Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Client Executive to lead insurance brokerage initiatives in Seoul. You will manage large accounts, drive project delivery, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for large initiatives, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
• Draft comprehensive client documents such as white papers, financial analyses, and presentations.
• Research market trends and identify growth opportunities for internal use.
• Conduct data analyses to support proposals and account presentations.
• Address escalated issues, manage expectations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical and transactional support for high‑priority relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with client counterparts and represent Marsh at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–15 years of experience in insurance broking or corporate insurance.

Required skills

• Commercial P&C insurance coverage expertise.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages.
