About the role

Marsh Risk is looking for motivated individuals to join the MMB Group Term Insurance sales team in Seoul, covering positions from entry‑level to deputy manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support account management and sales activities to retain clients and grow the Group Term Insurance business.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and internal teams to identify client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct market research, prospect new clients, and build relationships with key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and renewal materials by analysing client data, market trends, and insurer information.
• Maintain high service levels, responding quickly and effectively to client requests.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance partners to support long‑term commercial performance.
• Represent Marsh at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase market visibility and business networks.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance broking, especially in Group Term Insurance or Employee Benefits, is preferred.
• Strong client‑management and insurance‑solution experience.
• For entry‑level candidates, a genuine interest in new‑business sales.
