Agent Strategist

About the role

The Agent Strategist owns the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Sierra’s AI agents, turning complex customer challenges into high‑impact conversational solutions. You act as a strategic advisor to enterprise leaders while staying close to both product and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope and design through launch, evaluation, and continuous iteration.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior customer executives, shaping AI strategy to meet business goals.
• Partner daily with customer teams, run workshops, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track for production.
• Feed unmet customer needs back to product and research to influence future platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed with strong communication skills in English and Korean.
• Strategic problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Technical aptitude for reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture.
• Proven ownership and delivery of multiple high‑visibility projects.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production is a strong plus.
