Account Director – Korea

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform delivers deep insight into market trends, advertising, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior across mobile, web, and gaming. The Account Director in Korea will own the full customer journey, acting as a trusted advisor to strategic clients. This individual‑contributor role has no direct reports and focuses on portfolio growth, renewals, upsells, and net revenue retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Korean customers and drive Net Revenue Retention through renewals, upsells, and expansion.
• Conduct C‑level discussions to strategize platform use cases.
• Create, manage, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Provide competitive insights and trend analysis based on client business.
• Collaborate with global product, engineering, and data‑science teams to enhance offerings for the Korean market.
• Monitor industry trends and translate them into actionable business impact.
• Bridge product development cycles and customer expectations, managing feature‑request communications.
• Identify penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed base.

Required profile

• Fluency in Korean and English.
• Experience in SaaS sales or a comparable account executive/manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Korea’s brands, gaming, e‑commerce, or financial services digital ecosystem.
• Proven ability to spot product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
• Skill in presenting complex data solutions clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a small, fast‑paced team, taking initiative and delivering results.
