Senior Marketing Manager – QualityOne (Korea)

About the role

Veeva QualityOne is expanding its presence in Korea and seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to build the market for QualityOne across regulated manufacturing sectors such as cosmetics, food & beverage, and chemicals. This hands‑on role will translate global product strategy into local demand and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own Korea GTM execution for QualityOne, adapting global messaging to segments like cosmetics brand owners, OEM/ODMs, F&B and chemical manufacturers.
• Create localized content and sales‑enablement assets, including Korean whitepapers, executive presentations, campaign messaging, customer stories, and event themes.
• Plan and run high‑touch field programs such as executive roundtables, webinars, association events, and account‑based campaigns focused on quality, compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with sales to prioritize target accounts, support account planning, improve MQL‑to‑SQL conversion and link marketing activity to measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Build market awareness through Korean‑language thought leadership, trade media, industry associations, partner ecosystems and customer‑facing events.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Korea, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS or manufacturing technology.
• Proven track record of creating demand for new products or categories and driving brand awareness in developing markets.
• Strong hands‑on field marketing and demand‑generation experience, including ABM, executive events, webinars and sales‑enablement.
