About the role
The Content & Media (Deputy) Manager will play a central role in growing IRC Korea's sustainable fundraising income by developing and delivering broadcast‑driven content and overseas field trips that fuel TV, DRTV, and digital fundraising campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate overseas field trips and work with broadcasters and production partners to create broadcast‑driven content that supports fundraising campaigns.
- Develop and produce TV, DRTV and digital creative assets, turning field stories into compelling fundraising materials.
- Plan and manage the end‑to‑end DRTV operation, including scheduling, budgeting, KPI tracking and overseeing the dedicated DRTV call‑center.
- Monitor performance, report on KPIs and budget, and provide ROI analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing, fundraising or campaign‑related roles, with a proven track record of independent project leadership.
- Excellent storytelling and content planning abilities, strong data‑driven decision‑making, and fluency in both Korean and English.
- Demonstrated capability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including broadcasters, production vendors and call‑center operators.
Required skills

- Knowledge of broadcast production processes and overseas filming logistics.
