Senior Manager, Distribution Operations & Logistics

The Senior Manager, Distribution Operations & Logistics for Korea is responsible for translating the Asia Operations strategy into operational readiness across the distribution and logistics network. Reporting to the Senior Director Operations Asia, this hands‑on leader works closely with retail, e‑commerce and third‑party logistics partners to meet revenue and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily distribution and logistics operations with third‑party distribution centers and logistics providers, ensuring service targets, cost control and performance standards.
• Partner with the Retail Operations team on new store openings, e‑commerce launches and special projects.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operational planning and senior leadership to achieve revenue and P&L goals.
• Monitor and adjust KPIs, drive corrective actions and support continuous‑improvement programs.
• Lead peak‑season and new‑product readiness, assessing labor and fulfillment risks.
• Identify operational risks and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies as volume grows.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing third‑party distribution and logistics in retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of Korean distribution, trade and logistics.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with global dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Korean and English and willingness to reside in Seoul.
