Sales Consultant – Optical Products (Seoul/Gyeonggi)

About the role

CooperVision Korea is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to drive growth of its soft contact lens portfolio across Seoul and Gyeonggi. You will be the primary point of contact for optical stores, ensuring product availability, promoting new launches, and delivering exceptional after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong, long‑term relationships.
• Execute sales activities, trade programs, and promotional events to meet territory targets.
• Monitor inventory, prevent stock‑outs, and ensure proper product merchandising.
• Identify new business opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
• Collect, analyze, and report sales performance, competitor activity, and market insights.
• Provide professional after‑sales service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in contact lenses, optical products, medical devices, healthcare, or FMCG.
• Associate degree or higher; Business Administration background is a plus.
• Native‑level fluency in Korean and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
