About the role

AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, is looking for a Sales Director to lead its Korea sales organisation. Based in Seoul, you will be responsible for driving growth across the market, shaping the sales strategy and building a high‑performing team that delivers on global targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the market sales strategy in line with global KPIs and metrics.
  • Lead, coach and manage the Korea sales team, fostering a culture aligned with AVEVA values.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, contract administration, services, technical support and pre‑sales functions.
  • Transform account‑manager sales approaches using the MEDDPIC methodology.
  • Design and implement the commercial model and sales cadence.
  • Drive revenue growth, retain existing customers and expand solution utilisation.
  • Champion sales enablement activities in partnership with Solution Strategy and Sales Excellence teams.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software sales, account management or business development within industrial verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Marine or EPC.
  • Proven track record of building and transforming high‑performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, thought‑leadership and ability to align vision across the organisation.
  • Experience with modern sales techniques, preferably MEDDPIC.
