Solutions Engagement Specialist – UPS Korea

About the role
The Solutions Engagement Specialist works closely with UPS customers to understand their processes and business goals, translating that insight into value‑added logistics and supply‑chain solutions. The role supports small to mid‑scale projects, from design through implementation, and provides ongoing analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product, service and solutions training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports, assist with budget validation and perform post‑project user audits.
- Generate revenue through consultative sales activities and support the UPS sales organization.
- Build productive internal and external business partnerships.
- Participate in pre‑ and post‑customer meetings to assess sales approaches and monitor customer needs.
- Review account information to identify opportunities and advise sales management on solution positioning.
- Support implementation planning, deployment definition and scheduling for single‑ or multi‑site projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook (preferred).
- Experience evaluating financial indicators to shape account strategies (preferred).
- Experience conducting customer analysis to identify trends (preferred).
- Background in B2B or B2C sales (preferred).

What we offer
- Permanent employment with UPS Korea.
- Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00 (1 hour lunch).
- On‑site work at UPS Korea Headquarters in Mullae‑ro, Youngdeungpo‑gu, Seoul.
