Solution Consultant - Korea Quality

About the role

Veeva Systems is a leading industry‑cloud provider for life‑sciences companies. As a Solution Consultant for the Korea Quality team, you will act as the product expert in the sales cycle, helping customers understand how Veeva Quality solutions address their regulatory and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to uncover business challenges, objectives and regulatory requirements of quality‑focused customers.
• Design and deliver high‑impact demonstrations, workshops and Conference Room Pilots that showcase the value of Veeva Quality.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and configuring demo environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Veeva Quality teams to ensure successful customer adoption.
• Create content, record videos and present at industry conferences and Veeva events.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the LIMS domain, including QA/QC laboratory operations or LIMS implementation.
• 2+ years of software pre‑sales or professional‑services experience within life‑sciences organizations.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities in English.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
