Marine PLM Principal Technical Support & Consultant

About the role

As a member of AVEVA's Marine Center of Excellence, you will lead technical support and consultancy for shipbuilding PLM solutions. You will act as the bridge between Korean shipyards and AVEVA product teams, ensuring that client requirements are captured, tested, and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Design system architecture for next‑generation shipbuilding platforms and integrate it with AVEVA solutions.
• Gather and communicate client PLM functional requirements to product development and portfolio teams.
• Test new features on behalf of clients and provide feedback before release.
• Conduct technical workshops and proof‑of‑capability demonstrations for customers.
• Provide on‑site technical support, training, implementation and consulting services.
• Lead issue resolution between customers and product development/strategy teams.
• Prepare and present technical proposals that address specific customer challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PLM software development.
• Strong knowledge of marine and shipbuilding processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional solution engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
