Account Executive – Drive Growth in Korea

About the role

Flexport is a technology‑driven freight forwarding company expanding its presence in Korea. As an Account Executive you will lead the growth of Flexport Korea, building relationships with high‑potential clients and delivering tech‑enabled logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Flexport Korea together with your colleagues.
• Identify and pursue high‑potential clients from self‑prospected and SDR‑generated leads.
• Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and pain points.
• Create value‑driven solutions and showcase Flexport’s capabilities through virtual and in‑person meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Own and achieve personal sales targets strategically and consistently.
• Lead customer onboarding by coordinating with internal resources and teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales with full‑cycle sales expertise.
• Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and a proven track record in logistics sales.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic plans and achieve ambitious individual sales goals.
• Willingness to cold‑call prospects and create outstanding client experiences.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
