Technical Program Manager – AI Delivery (Korea)

About the role

Cohere is looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join its customer‑facing Engineering Program Management team in Korea. You will work directly with strategic customers and internal engineering groups to deliver enterprise‑grade AI software and machine‑learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clear, timely updates across technical teams, leadership, and strategic customers.
• Break down complex issues into actionable strategies and align engineering with product, business, and marketing goals.
• Create and manage program schedules, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure on‑time delivery, track development needs, and provide regular status checkpoints.
• Proactively resolve issues, coordinate cross‑functional dependencies, and prioritize impacts on schedule and product quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager, with at least 2 years in customer‑facing AI delivery.
• Strong problem‑focus and passion for making customers successful.
• Highly detail‑oriented, self‑organized, and able to capture precise action items in technical meetings.
• Bias for action with a track record of delivering results on schedule.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across time zones and holding stakeholders accountable.

Required skills

• LLM training and optimization experience.
