Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager and HR Business Partner

About the role

AUMOVIO, the spin-off of the Continental Automotive sector, is recruiting a Talent Management & Organizational Development Manager and HR Business Partner for a 1-year contract in Seongnam-si, South Korea. The role covers learning and development, talent management and performance support, and acts as an HR business partner for internal clients.

Key responsibilities

• Learning and development: organize training programs, coordinate logistics, registrations, schedules and learning records, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, identify training needs with business leaders and assist with employee upskilling.
• Talent management: support managers and employees in performance management and talent reviews, guide them on performance documentation and improvement processes, and support career growth discussions.
• HR business partner: help define short- and long-term HR strategies, advise employees and managers on HR matters, work with Centers of Expertise, build relationships with managers to anticipate staffing needs, develop recruitment plans aligned with headcount, and support employee relations, performance, staffing and engagement issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Experience at an international company or in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Korean.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills.
