Strategy Consultant

About the role

As Consultant, you will own project modules and deliver client-ready insights across a range of industries. Working closely with Senior Consultants, Project Managers and Partners, the role calls for independent analytical execution, structured problem-solving and the ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations in client-facing settings. It offers early exposure to deal-cycle work such as commercial due diligence and post-merger integration alongside conventional strategy advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned module tasks from initiation to completion with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
• Conduct research, data analysis, financial modelling and expert and client interviews independently
• Prepare and facilitate client communication, including workshops and client meeting presentations
• Develop strategic recommendations and deliverables to a client-ready standard
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to ensure quality and alignment across workstreams

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or equivalent corporate strategy or investment roles
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, written and verbal
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline advantageous); prior experience structuring and presenting analytical deliverables to clients or executives

Required skills

• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving and independent analytical work
• Financial modelling and analytical skills (DCF, scenario analysis, feasibility modelling) and/or strategic frameworks
• Preferred: exposure to CDD, PMI or operational improvement workstreams; CFA, KICPA or equivalent credentials
