Strategic Marketing – Applied OLED Business Unit

About the role

Join Applied Materials as a Strategic Marketing leader for the Applied OLED Business Unit, driving portfolio and program management across development and high‑volume manufacturing phases. You will shape market positioning, support major development programs, and translate technical capabilities into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined group of OLED development programs, establishing clear structure, ownership, review rhythms, risk visibility and follow‑up until closure.
• Develop product positioning, market fit and execution plans aligned with customer roadmaps, internal R&D capabilities and long‑term growth targets.
• Prepare and present content for monthly program reviews, strategic reviews and gate packages, consolidating complex material into concise storylines.
• Assess OLED market trends, competition and installed base, delivering strategic direction and quantified business opportunities.
• Apply AI tools to automate analytical and reporting workloads, creating repeatable workflows and ensuring output quality.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Business or related field (preferred).
• 5‑8 years of experience in program management, product marketing, portfolio management or strategic planning within display, semiconductor or high‑tech capital equipment.
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi‑stakeholder programs to completion and present to senior management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and excellent English communication skills.
