Marketing Manager – Home Healthcare

About the role

The Marketing Manager, Home Healthcare, will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow patient acquisition and market share for home therapy services in South Korea. The role focuses on chronic respiratory diseases and aims to improve patient outcomes through value‑based, patient‑centric initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, ENT doctors, neurologists and other healthcare professionals; organize medical conferences, seminars and workshops.
• Develop, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email and online advertising; create localized content for websites and patient portals.
• Design patient education programmes, advocacy initiatives and community outreach events; manage online patient portals and support groups.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, manage public relations activities and monitor online reputation.
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports and use CRM tools to manage leads and patient interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in respiratory care or home healthcare.
• Deep understanding of the South Korean healthcare market, regulations and patient‑centric service value.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Gemini) and CRM software.
