Specialist, Energy Marketplace Ops Korea

About the role

The Specialist, Energy Marketplace Ops Korea will drive Quick Strike (QS) and launch business performance across lifestyle and performance categories, partnering with key retail accounts and internal teams to bring Nike innovation to the Korean market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end seasonal QS product lifecycle, including allocation, call‑off planning, shipment execution and sales performance analysis.
• Use seasonal results and marketplace insights to refine forecasting, allocation strategies and future planning.
• Generate qualitative and quantitative insights on QS product performance to support product, merchandising and marketplace decisions.
• Build strategic partnerships with key retail accounts, aligning launch objectives and ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Brand Marketing and Marketplace Operations across Korea and GEO teams to deliver brand storytelling and premium retail experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail management or operations within fashion, sportswear or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to implement sales programs, logistics processes and business operations.
• Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Korean and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with analytical tools for data visualization and insight generation.
