SKBU Ebeam Customer Engagement Applications Engineer

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring an SKBU Ebeam Customer Engagement Applications Engineer based in Icheon, South Korea. The role provides technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities, mainly at the Icheon/Yongin site.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams within KLA and with customer engineers.
• Provide escalation support to the onsite field service engineer and lead and coordinate remote and local troubleshooting.
• Perform experiments to characterize tool and subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
• Provide application support and training to customers.

Required profile

• BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Electronics.
• BS degree with 3 to 7 years of experience.
• Ebeam and SEM-related background required.
• Good communication skills in English.
