Senior QA Engineer – Audit Automation & Data Analytics

About the role

Join Coupang's Internal Audit team to lead the development of audit automation and data analytics solutions. You will work closely with audit professionals and data leaders to build AI‑driven tools that streamline SOX testing and provide strategic insights across IT and operational audit portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a world‑class audit automation and data analytics program through its maturity stages.
• Develop automation solutions for the SOX testing program, unlocking testing efficiencies.
• Promote advanced analytics and automation methods across all audit portfolios, supporting operational, IT, and SOX audits.
• Design and deploy AI‑driven solutions using available tools to support audit teams and operations.
• Analyze complex data, identify anomalies, and deliver actionable insights to internal and external customers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with business intelligence tools and databases, applying advanced analytics and data reporting techniques.
• Proven track record delivering solutions using scripting and programming skills (Python, SQL, C++).
• Knowledge of RPA tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Auditing, or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Korean (spoken, read, written).
