Senior Associate – Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive surgical general field sales and account management in Seoul. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building long‑term customer relationships, and supporting the patient journey with Alcon’s eye‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales/business plans for designated accounts or programs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Create customer development strategies and Key Account Management (KAM) action plans, providing strategic input for account analysis.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts targeting specific accounts.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics.
• Organise customer events and programs, collaborating with marketing or medical teams as needed.
• Support stakeholder mapping, segmentation, profiling and ensure accurate data entry into Alcon’s CRM system.
• Adhere to GxP regulations, SOPs, and maintain complete documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant education and experience to perform sales and account‑management duties.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements (GxP, SOPs) and ability to follow them.
• Ability to work independently, negotiate contracts and analyse market data.
