Sales Support & Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and clinically experienced Sales Support & Clinical Application Specialist to join our MedTech team in South Korea. The role blends sales support, clinical expertise, and customer training, working closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals to drive adoption of our medical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Attend surgical procedures to offer product and application support to surgeons and operating theatre staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands‑on training for healthcare professionals.
• Assist with product implementation, installation, onboarding, and customer training.
• Maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff and gather feedback for internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Life Sciences or related field.
• Previous experience working in a surgical environment or regularly attending surgical cases.
• Comfortable working in operating theatres and interacting directly with surgeons and clinical teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within South Korea and occasionally across the region.

Required skills

• Clinical knowledge of surgical procedures and medical device usage.
• Ability to demonstrate and explain medical products confidently.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple customers and priorities.
