Sales Representative, Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor, this role manages the Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam area and drives sales growth through existing account expansion and new customer acquisition. It focuses on building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies and meeting assigned targets, working independently with general supervision and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services in an assigned area and/or accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services
• Promote education of the company's products and services
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors and implement market development plans
• Share customer feedback on new products or changes to existing ones with R&D, Operations and Marketing
• Advise on improvements to sales approaches and account strategies, and support junior sales team members when needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related course
• 0-5 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare; I level: 0-3 years, II level: minimum 3 years; fresh graduates willing to learn are considered
• Commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented
• Written and verbal communication in English and Korean
• Active driver's license
• Preferred: experience in surgical assistance, exposure to pacemakers, and direct interaction with key opinion leaders
