H&M 그룹의 대전 갤러리아 백화점 매장에서 주당 20 시간 이상 근무하는 정규직 파트타임 Sales Advisor를 모집합니다. 주말과 저녁 교대 근무를 포함하며, 고객 서비스 경험과 섬유 소재에 대한 지식은 우대 사항입니다.
주요 업무
- 고객에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공
- 계산대, 피팅룸 및 매장 내 제품 판매
- 배송 처리 및 재고 보충
- 매장 내 최신 컬렉션 판매
지원 자격
- 주 20 시간 이상 근무 가능 (주 3~5 일 출근)
- 장기적으로 브랜드 내에서 성장하려는 분
- 주말 근무 가능
- 고객 중심적 사고, 트렌드와 패션에 대한 관심, 협력적이고 자기 주도적인 성향
필수 역량
- 상업적 사고와 긍정적인 사고방식
