Project Manager

About the role

Roland Berger, a German-founded European consultancy, is hiring a Project Manager in Seoul. As Project Manager you will own the full delivery of client projects, working closely with Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead entire project teams across multiple modules and industries
• Define project approach, scope and deliverables with senior leadership
• Manage client relationships at executive level, ensuring impact and alignment
• Provide leadership, coaching and professional development for team members
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MBA or Master's in a relevant field preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity / venture capital or similar fields
• At least 1 year of Project Manager (or equivalent) experience at a global management consulting firm
• Excellent written and spoken Korean and English
• Track record of delivering impact and building client trust
