Project Management Intern

About the role

The United Nations Office for Sustainable Development (UNOSD) is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to support its work on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Based in Incheon City, the intern will assist the team in research, communications, and event logistics while gaining exposure to UN processes and sustainable development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, record and edit data, and perform policy analysis related to Sustainable Development Goals.
• Develop and maintain dissemination platforms, including social media channels, to share UNOSD data, news, and research.
• Draft and translate communication materials for events and research outputs.
• Support logistics for flagship and annual activities such as forums, conferences, trainings, and workshops.
• Perform related administrative and clerical tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. program, preferably in a field related to sustainable development, public policy, or international affairs.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
