Process Support Engineer – PDC (PROVision)

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer (PSE) you will guide semiconductor equipment through its full lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide high‑visibility on‑site customer support, perform system diagnoses, and service complex deposition and etch tools while collaborating closely with customers and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site installations, system diagnostics, and repair of advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Work with customers to develop cutting‑edge processes for manufacturing advanced chips, creating hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE).
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and compile reports with high‑level conclusions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve challenging process‑engineering problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to build consensus among stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Plasma Reactive Ion Etch (RIE), Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Anneal and Implant processes.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical data analysis.
