About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Customer Support Technician to provide on‑site service for semiconductor process equipment across several Korean locations. The role involves regular preventive maintenance, equipment disassembly and part management, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure stable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular and preventive inspections of semiconductor process equipment.
• Disassemble equipment, clean and reassemble parts, and manage component inventories.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment technical problems (troubleshooting) and provide support to customers.

Required profile

• Associate degree (전문학사) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment service.
• Completed mandatory military service or exemption, and no travel restrictions.
• Preference given to veterans and persons with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws.
