직무 소개
쿠팡로지스틱스서비스(CLS)는 택배, 화물운송, 물류창고 등 종합 물류 서비스를 제공하는 쿠팡의 물류 전문 계열사로, 로켓배송을 완결하는 역할을 하고 있습니다. CLS의 Legal Team은 비즈니스 운영에 관한 법적 자문, 분쟁 대응 및 컴플라이언스 활동을 하며, 현업 부서에 대안을 제시하는 업무 파트너 역할을 합니다.
주요 업무
- 인사 및 노무 관련 법무 업무: 임금, 근로조건, 징계, 비정규직, 노사관계 등에 관한 자문과 분쟁 대응
- 규제기관 및 수사기관 대응
지원 자격
- 대한민국 변호사 자격 보유
- 국내변호사 자격 취득 후 5 년 이상 10 년 미만
- 우대: 대형 로펌 및 기업 법무 실무 경험
채용 절차는 서류전형, 직무 적합성 인터뷰, 핵심 역량 인터뷰, 최종 합격이며, 고용 형태는 정규직으로 수습기간 12 주를 포함합니다. 모집 완료 시 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.
