H&M 성수점의 판매 상담사로, 고객 경험을 제공하고 제품을 소개하는 역할을 맡습니다. 역동적인 스토어팀과 함께 고객에게 최신 트렌드와 타임리스 스타일을 경험할 수 있도록 돕고, 매장 간 협업을 통해 인사이트를 공유합니다.
주요 업무
- 패션과 제품에 대한 지식을 공유하여 고객이 더 나은 선택을 할 수 있도록 돕습니다.
- 팀과 협력하여 고객이 매장에서 최고의 서비스를 경험할 수 있도록 지원합니다.
- 매장 및 물류 공간을 정돈되고 쾌적하게 유지합니다.
- 매장 오픈 및 마감 업무를 지원합니다.
- 고객 응대 시 브랜드를 긍정적으로 대표합니다.
지원 자격
- 패션, 리테일 또는 유사한 업계에서 고객 서비스 경험이 있는 분
- 패션에 대한 열정과 고객 경험 제공에 관심 있는 분
- 변화하는 환경에서 일하고 유연하게 대처하며 실행력이 뛰어난 분
- 원활한 소통 능력과 배우고 성장하려는 의지가 있는 분
