Non‑Tech Graduate Internship – Training & Education

About the role

This temporary internship supports Medtronic's Training & Education (T&E) team in Korea. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Healthcare Professional (HCP) education programs, handling administrative and logistical tasks while working under direct supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of EV/PV HCP education programs in Korea.
• Assist with faculty and participant communications in Korean.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, material preparation, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Provide on‑site administrative support during training events.
• Help schedule follow‑up activities with hospitals, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare training materials, participant records, and post‑program reports.
• Collaborate with regional T&E team members to ensure smooth local execution.
