Senior Clinical Trainer – Electrophysiology

About the role

The Senior Clinical Trainer will work with the Korea Education Manager to deliver onboarding and ongoing training for the Electrophysiology (EP) organization, ensuring employees gain the clinical knowledge and skills needed to support customers and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver onboarding programs covering cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology fundamentals, mapping principles and related products.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, practical and field‑based learning activities and assess trainee progress.
• Provide feedback, coaching and additional support to address knowledge or skill gaps.
• Support continuous learning initiatives, new product introductions and field training across South Korea.
• Maintain and improve training curricula, materials and learning resources, evaluating effectiveness through feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular disease states, cardiac anatomy, physiology and electrophysiology procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Korean and English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
