Korea Marketing Manager

About the role

Cricut is looking for a driven Marketing Manager to build and scale its brand presence in South Korea. You will own the brand and marketing execution in‑market, driving awareness, engagement, and sales across digital and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Cricut’s marketing strategy for South Korea, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Lead digital‑first initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and community building.
• Build and manage relationships with local influencers, creators, and community leaders in the DIY and lifestyle space.
• Plan and execute always‑on social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Naver.
• Shape paid‑media strategy, provide creative direction, and collaborate with agencies or partners.
• Partner with retail and e‑commerce teams to develop co‑marketing programs and in‑store activations.
• Organise offline activations including events, workshops, and retail experiences.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using data to improve results and manage budgets with a focus on ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of marketing experience in consumer, lifestyle, FMCG or e‑commerce brands.
• Proven track record driving brand awareness and engagement in the South Korean market.
• Hands‑on experience in social media marketing, content strategy and community management.
• Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.
