KLAS Rapid Product Installation Engineer

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is looking for a Product Installation Engineer for its KLAS Rapid product line. The role is based within the KLA Services organization, which supports field teams and customers with service, spares supply chain, technical support and training.

Key responsibilities

• Install, modify, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex equipment at the customer site, mainly 6xx products.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment problems.
• Ensure operational quality and work with customers to minimize downtime.
• Create service reports and document recurrent issues for support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as a service or installation engineer for semiconductor equipment.
• Fluency in both Korean and English.
