HR Intern - Compensation & Benefits

About the role

SGS Korea's HR organization supports compensation and benefits, HR policies and other people-related initiatives through its Total Rewards Team, which covers compensation and benefits administration, salary management and labor cost management. This internship gives hands-on experience in compensation and benefits operations and in HR policies and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll and compensation administration by reviewing materials and helping with administrative tasks
• Maintain compensation-related documents and data, and build a broader understanding of HR operations
• Assist with document preparation, data organization and other administrative tasks to support general team operations

Required profile

• Fluent Korean with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current university student expecting to graduate or university graduate (students on leave of absence are also eligible)
• Entry-level candidates or those with relevant HR internship experience are welcome
• Preferred: interest in HR, compensation and benefits or HR policies, with relevant project or extracurricular experience
• Preferred: experience in data organization and analysis, report preparation or document drafting

Required skills

• Preferred: proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for data organization and presentation
