Field Service Representative - Yeosu (2-Year Contract)

About the role

Veolia is hiring a Field Service Representative for Yeosu on a 2-year full-time contract. The role covers water treatment and process chemicals solutions for industrial customers, combining sales, customer support and technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and maintain customer relationships through value-added services.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive top-line growth.
• Strengthen end-user relationships by offering product operation guidelines and product knowledge.
• Assess the commercial and technical viability of projects and the risks involved, then hand activities smoothly to the implementation team.
• Comply with regulations, company policy and internal risk control processes.
• Represent Veolia Water Tech at seminars, conferences and marketing events.
• Support and mentor Field Service Representatives, covering their tasks when needed.

Required profile

• College degree in chemical, environmental, electrical, mechanical or another related engineering major.
• 2+ years of experience in the water treatment industry and ability to maintain equipment systems.
• Ability to travel frequently for business and to work independently.
• Good oral and written English, as the working language is Korean.

Required skills

• Customer focus, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Technical and commercial capability.
• Good to have: hands-on service experience in chemistry and engineering systems, and experience in water treatment or specialty treatment chemicals.
