Field Sales Rep – Electrical Markets Division

About the role

3M is seeking a Field Sales Representative for its Electrical Markets Division in Seoul. The role focuses on driving sales growth of core platforms, Cable Accessory and Vinyl Tapes, across Commercial & Industrial and Power Utility segments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales growth by aligning global and area business strategies, executing marketing programs, and launching new product introductions (NPI).
• Create new sales opportunities and manage the opportunity pipeline to meet closed‑won targets.
• Support Korea business transition by focusing on core product portfolio growth in Commercial & Industrial and Power Utility markets.
• Accelerate market share gains through targeted campaigns, market insight gathering, and product/application knowledge sharing.
• Manage channel programs, including CIP and MDF initiatives, to strengthen partner relationships.
• Develop new opportunities with end‑users, electrical contractors, and channel partners, especially in semiconductor plants, renewable energy sites, shipbuilding, and data centers.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and education to enhance channel partner capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the electrical market and a background in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
