Enterprise Account Executive - Manufacturing

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul, you will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea’s manufacturing industry, including semiconductors, automotive, batteries, shipbuilding, and chemicals. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders to modernize R&D, production, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new accounts and expanding relationships across Korea’s manufacturing companies.
• Build and execute territory plans, identifying opportunities across multiple manufacturing sectors.
• Lead consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders such as heads of digital transformation, R&D leaders, CIOs, and business‑line executives.
• Navigate Korea’s manufacturing technology environment, including industrial technology protection, export controls, and information security reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships, Legal) to tailor solutions that meet security and IP protection standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea with significant exposure to manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of how Korean manufacturers make technology decisions, including group‑level governance and security requirements.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Passion for safe AI deployment.

Required skills

• Experience navigating security and IP protection reviews in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work across holding companies, affiliates, and group IT service structures.
