About the role
The Customer Service Officer will ensure a seamless order‑to‑delivery experience for nutrition and health products. Working closely with overseas factories and internal teams, you will manage orders, invoicing, and returns while leveraging SAP and digital automation tools.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas factories to guarantee timely product availability.
- Accurately review and process customer orders.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Monitor order blocks, releases, and payments.
- Generate, send, and amend tax invoices.
- Handle product returns and arrange replacements.
Required profile
- Demonstrated SAP knowledge, especially MM and VA modules.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities in multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
- High attention to detail and adaptability to AI‑driven automation.
- Business‑level English communication for global interactions.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
