Corporate Guest Experience Executive

About the role

The Corporate Guest Experience Executive at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul supports Owner Representatives and responds to their inquiries in a confidential, efficient, courteous and professional manner, aiming for maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies. The position is full time, at supervisor level, and reports directly to the Hotel Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a wide range of arrangements requested by Ownership Executives, including rooms, food and beverage, meetings and events, and transportation, as well as personalized or ad hoc needs.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with Ownership Executives and keep all relevant hotel departments informed and aligned.
• Follow through personally on details such as guestroom readiness, amenity setup, dining preparation and meeting room arrangements.
• Protect confidential information, including sensitive guest data, personal preferences and Executive records.
• Provide regular updates to the Hotel Manager, GM and department heads.
• Work flexible hours depending on business needs.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in hospitality, luxury service or a related industry; experience in a similar role in a high-end environment preferred.
• Valid work authorization in South Korea.
• Ability to write professional business correspondence in Korean (and ideally English).
• Eligibility: previous experience in a comparable position within a luxury or service-focused environment.

Required skills

• Experience in Rooms or F&B operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with F&B reservation systems and room management tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable collaborating with department managers and handling time-sensitive situations calmly.
