Client Success Technical Manager (South Korea)

About the role

Fever, a leading provider of end-to-end ticketing solutions for events, is looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to join its Business department in Seoul, reporting directly to the Country Partner Manager. You will own a portfolio of client accounts, act as their main point of contact and trusted advisor, and guide them from onboarding to ongoing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for clients on technical support, platform usage and troubleshooting
• Manage daily client requests, from incident resolution to platform configuration and data exports
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to help clients get the most from the ticketing platform
• Work with Sales, Product, Tech and Design teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drive retention and account expansion
• Support on-site operations during live events when needed
• Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Fluent Korean and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
• Knowledge of the ticketing industry is a big plus; knowledge of networks or event tech is a bonus
