VP, Financial Markets Corporate Sales

About the role

ING Bank's Seoul branch is hiring a VP, Financial Markets Corporate Sales, reporting to the Head of Financial Markets, Korea. The role originates, develops and executes financial markets solutions for approved corporate clients, covering FX, rates and OTC derivatives within delegated risk and credit limits, and delivers tailored hedging and risk-management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales of FX and rates flow products and selected structured solutions in line with the FM Sales Practices Manual and internal governance.
• Originate, structure and execute risk-management and investment solutions with local, regional and global trading and structuring desks.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients as a trusted advisor on market risk, funding-related risks and balance-sheet management.
• Identify commercial opportunities and increase ING's share of wallet while respecting client needs and the bank's risk profile.
• Drive sustainable revenue through disciplined execution and consistent client coverage.
• Work with Trading, Research, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance and Operations to deliver client solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing relationships with corporate clients, working closely with treasury and finance teams.
• Fluency in English and Korean, written and verbal.
• Strong commercial mindset, clear communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Solid working knowledge of FX, rates and OTC derivatives, able to support corporate hedging and risk-management needs.
• Good market awareness and the ability to turn market developments into client ideas.
