Talent Manager

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is looking for a Talent Manager in Hwaseong. The role covers talent acquisition, talent development and organization development, working in line with the company's strategic growth and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: develop and lead the acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning, build and manage the recruitment function and employer branding, monitor metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, and ensure inclusive hiring in line with governance and labour regulations.
• Talent development: design training initiatives that fit company needs, identify performance improvement opportunities through internal diagnosis and external research, and evaluate learning and development needs.
• Support staff development with coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes, and design blended learning solutions with in-house and third-party experts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, run development projects, analyse data, propose improvements, manage the assigned budget and facilitate in-house events such as team-building workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Adult Learning, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development or organization development within multinational organizations.
• Proven track record leading strategic talent initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.
• Experience designing and running culture integration programs for merged or transforming companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, analytical mindset, and fluent English (Korean is a plus).

Preferred skills

• Certification in coaching, facilitation or instructional design.
• Exposure to global HR practices and cross-cultural environments.
