Strategy & Operations Lead — Korea

About the role

The Strategy & Operations Lead will partner with the General Manager, Korea to translate global strategy into regional execution, ensuring operational discipline and scaling the business with speed and rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Korea’s operating strategy aligned with APAC and global objectives.
• Drive execution across markets, adapting to local regulations and dynamics.
• Partner with global leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operating cadences.
• Build and optimize scalable processes across consumer, product, partnerships and other functions.
• Identify operational gaps and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support market entry strategies and operational readiness for Korea.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing regional operations team.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading regional or international operations in a fast‑scaling environment.
• Strong strategic and operational judgment with ability to translate goals into execution plans.
• Track record of building scalable operating systems, processes, metrics and reporting.
• Cross‑functional leadership skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting market expansion and regional growth initiatives.
• People leadership experience building high‑performing teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure in fast‑moving environments.
• High integrity, low ego and collaborative leadership style.
