Senior Product Manager

About the role

Rocket Growth is Coupang’s fast‑growing program that helps sellers leverage the company’s rocket‑delivery and fulfillment network to accelerate sales and provide customers with rapid delivery. As a Senior Product Manager you will own the product area end‑to‑end, define strategy, align stakeholders, launch features and measure impact.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify experience improvement areas, gathering product requirements from customers and business stakeholders.
• Define strategy and communicate timelines with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business impact.
• Execute the full product lifecycle: use‑case definition, success metrics, solution discovery, launch, A/B testing and impact analysis.
• Mentor junior product managers and support them in achieving team OKRs.
• Collaborate with customer, business and UX design teams to deliver planned features and meet OKRs.

Required profile

• 8+ years in senior product, supply‑chain or strategic consulting roles.
• Proven leadership launching and managing products in ambiguous, complex environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Expertise presenting insights to leadership based on deep‑dive analysis.
• Track record of shaping company and roadmap strategy in multi‑sided marketplaces.
• Hands‑on experience driving product launches from ideation to market maturity.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, changing‑priority settings.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• MBA from a top‑ranked business school (preferred).
• In‑depth knowledge of fulfillment, warehouse services and online retail.
• Strong bias for action and results‑orientation.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
